The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered as a unit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MANHART automotive GmbH &amp; Co. KG, Uellendahler Stra\u00dfe 484, 42109 Wuppertal, Germany, phone no.: +4920294624445, fax no.: +4920294624450, e-mail address: info(at)manhart-automotive.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-consequences-of-revocation\">Consequences of revocation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you withdraw from your contract with us, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Repayment will be made using the same means of payment that you chose for the original transaction.
