More than 900 hp in the BMW M4: MANHART presents the MH4 900

For a long time, performance figures of around 1,000 hp were unimaginable in road-legal cars. Today, they’re reality, but still reserved for high-end supercars costing millions, or at least in the upper six-figure range. Actually, that’s because we at MANHART automotive in Wuppertal are breaking with convention and entering this highly exclusive circle with the new MH4 900.

The three-litre S58 biturbo inline six-cylinder engine of the BMW G82 M4, which serves as the basis for the car, has been visually enhanced with our MANHART carbon engine cover and has seen a huge increase in power. 922 hp and 1,190 Nm of torque are listed in the data sheet! This is thanks to extensive hardware optimizations: The centrepiece is the MANHART turbocharger upgrade by TTH including a MANHART intercooler. Added to this are forged pistons and connecting rods, a carbon intake, and an ECU remapping. To ensure that the enormous power is not completely overwhelmed, the transmission received our MANHART Stage 2 upgrade for up to 1,300 Nm. The MANHART stainless steel exhaust system by REMUS with valve control can be combined with MANHART Downpipes Sport or MANHART OPF Delete replacement pipes – each with 200-cell HJS catalytic converters. However, these do not have TÜV approval, just like the also available MANHART OPF/GPF Deleter, and are therefore only intended for export. The MH4 900’s exhaust system has four 110-millimeter carbon-coated tailpipes. Alternatively, they are available with a ceramic coating. Speaking of ceramics: The durable, factory-equipped carbon-ceramic brake systems remain unchanged.

To give the MH4 900 even greater agility, height-adjustable MANHART coilover springs by H&R and further MANHART suspension optimization were used. At the same time, our matte black MANHART rims by Raffa in 10.5x20 and 11.5x21 inches, shod with 285/30 and 305/25 tires, are perfectly positioned in the wheel arches. Their finish perfectly complements the equally black paintwork, to which our MANHART decal kit adds champagne-coloured accents. Alternatively, other rim colours are also available according to customer requirements. Our in-house MANHART carbon body kit adds further highlights. It gives the MH4 900 a front hood with GTR air intakes, new radiator grilles, a spoiler, flics, mirror caps, side skirts, fender side louvers, and a rear diffuser with side extensions, apron attachments, and a three-piece spoiler lip.

Last but not least, a MANHART Clubsport roll bar and MANHART floor mats in the interior round off the MH4 900 package.
